Our Rubired grape varietal, unique to California, has a complex molecular structure that makes it more stable than other berry fruits, grapes and European grape skin extracts. The grape juice is concentrated using state-of-the-art evaporators and filtration systems to maintain quality. Our technology enables us to process the grapes into concentrate on-site, within 24 hours of harvest.
